Hey i know how to fix the lip-syncing.
It's really simple, when you put the sound clip in flash, make sure you set it to "stream" in the movie. That way you can actually listen to each sound as you go frame-by-frame. It makes syncing much easier.
As for the movie, its pretty decent considering you're only 12. As long as you keep working with flash you'll get better and better so keep it up!
thnx, man. yeh, i was doing the steam thing but then flash "encountered a problem and needed to close". as it does but then i couldnt be assed to start it again. i'll do it now and see if it works
just uploaded it again on stream and its just as bad

lol yea kids shows are very strange...one i can't stand is the doodlebops and the wiggles...there just demented and i swear kids get dumber from it...lol
